We want your online learning to exceed your expectations and provide you with a user friendly experience you would recommend in the future. With that said, we know there are times when you might get hung up while navigating through the purchasing process and the online dashboard. We hope this information helps to relieve any issues immediately. If you experience any problems, send us an email to lindsay@adjustercourses.com. All support for all online courses is handled via email.
Getting Started and General Information
The course(s) you are wishing to purchase, must be ordered under the name of the person who is taking the course. For example, you and your spouse have decided to become adjusters and work as a team. You would need to purchase one course for you, with your unique email address, and one course for your spouse, with their unique email address. While we do allow for the same payment method to be used, this needs to be accomplished in separate transactions. This is necessary so that we are able to record each user’s progress and provide certification to the verified individual.
Upon completing your transaction, you are immediately granted access to the course you have purchased. Your login credentials and additional information will be sent to the email you have registered with.
All continuing education courses are available for 180 days, beginning the day you register your learning account. If you need additionial time, just send us an email and we will extend your course access, up to 12 months from the date of purchase, at no additional charge. This does not apply to the Texas Pre-License Course.
Upon receiving your certificate of course completion for the Texas Pre-Licensing course, you must apply for your license with the Texas Department of Insurance within 365 days or your certificate will be expire and you will be required to retake the course.
Courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can access the course as many times as you’d like by simply logging in. Occasionally, we will suspend the website for any major updates for website improvement, however we will provide you with an email notice within 5 business days of any anticipated interruptions.
Courses can be accessed using any internet browser.
Navigating Thru the Courses
You can move through each course/lesson by clicking on the “Mark As Complete” button. To receive credit for the lesson you have just completed, you must hit Mark Complete. Once you have done this, you will be prompted to the “Next Lesson”. If your course is timed, you will not be able to advance to the next lesson until the timing requirement is met for the current lesson. This is a mandatory requirement set by the Texas Department of Insurance and cannot be altered. If the course is timed, you will notice the timer at the bottom of each page. Please do not hit back, refresh, or forward during a timed course. This will reset your timer and you will have to start the timed section over.
During each course, you will be presented with “reviews” prior to advancing to the next part of the course. This is a tool that is used to guarantee your understanding of the topics that have previously been reviewed. You must pass the reviews to advance to the next part of your course.
Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of the course, you will need to forward your affidavit to us at bakers@adjustercourses.com. Please do not forward repeatedly as it will delay your certificate since we process by timestamps. Please allow 2 business days to receive your certificate via email. If you have not received your certificate within this timeframe, please email us at the email below.
Certificate requests and questions can be sent to bakers@adjustercourses.com.
