This course is designed to teach the new adjuster the proper methods in determining roof damage on composition roofs. There are differing types of damage each one of us will see on roofs. It is our job to determine whether the damage is mechanical, defections or storm related damage.

Can you determine the difference between old hail damage and new hail damage?
Do you know how to properly draw and label a test area?

Properly documented roof claims with accurate diagrams, test areas labeled correctly and most importantly damage documented correctly get approved and paid. At the end of the day your ability to lose files and keep them closed results in more profits for the adjuster and a stronger relationship with your carrier.
