Cancellations and Refunds
As a general policy, American Adjuster Academy does not offer refunds. The cost associated with your course(s) can be applied to any future courses. All requests for cancellation must be made by sending us an email with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. If for any reason, a monetary refund is permitted, there will be a 20% administrative fee deducted from the cost the course. Please note: Applied credits will not be granted if you fail to provide us with this request before you have begun the course.
Certificate Issuance Policy
American Adjuster Academy will reissue lost certificates upon email request. There is a $25 fee for reissuing lost certificates.
American Adjuster Academy is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users of its online services. We ask customers who register for our services to provide us with their e-mail address so we can provide them with immediate confirmation details regarding their registered course(s).
Additionally, we will periodically send email updates regarding future courses, online learning updates and other issues relevant to insurance claims adjusting. Addresses are used only to send news and class updates, and opt-out is promptly respected via email or phone request. At no time will your information be sold to a third party. We use industry standard encryption and security measures to ensure your data is safe.
